Great service and location! The hotel offers excellent amenities and an amazing play area for kids. It is also conveniently located close to the Mall road, making it easy to go window shopping whenever you want. The staff was very cordial, polite, and attentive. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay. Breakfast tasted like home-cooked food, and the coordinator made sure we felt at home.
Some of the washroom fittings weren't working properly, and we had to call housekeeping early in the morning, which was inconvenient. This was the only downside during our stay, but overall, our city break was still enjoyable and memorable.

Nestled in the midst of cloud-cloaked mountains and hills, this hotel offers spectacular views down the hill to the serene lake. It's just a short walk to the main shops of the town. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with well-maintained bathrooms, and the pleasing decor exudes a warm, cozy feel. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is sumptuous, with a wide range of delicious items on offer, including fresh waffles, and live rotis. The bonfire at night is a mood-enhancer and the WiFi is strong.
The price is a little steep.

Celebrated New Year's Eve in this hotel. The live music and fireworks were great. The staff, particularly the waiters, were very friendly and prompt in fulfilling our requests. The room was clean and cosy with a decent view of the surrounding area. The hotel also had a shuttle service that made it easy to visit nearby places.
The food was below average, especially for the price we paid. The drinks were diluted and overpriced.

We stayed in a room with a balcony, which gave us a stunning view of the cloudy mountains and hills. The hotel is near the main market and mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. We had a good breakfast buffet and the staff served us well throughout our stay. Additionally, the room was clean and the hotel facilities were impressive.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I was amazed by the service and the breathtaking view at this hotel. When I stepped onto my terrace, I couldn't believe how beautiful the scenery was. The staff, especially Manager Rahul Pande and Travel Desk Coordinator Sayema Khan, were so helpful and responsive to my needs even before my arrival. The hotel dining was excellent, and I highly recommend the spa for a heavenly aromatherapy massage. Additionally, the convenience car provided by the hotel made getting around town so much easier. I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Luxurious amenities were met with high standards at this venue. The private facilities were exclusive and provided top-notch comfort. The room advantages were great, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing. The outdoor dining area had breathtaking views and added a unique experience to dining. The staff provided excellent service, catering to every need promptly.
Our stay was almost perfect except for a minor issue with the location advantages. Although the serene surroundings provided peace and quiet, it was slightly inconvenient to travel out of the hotel to nearby attractions.
